Ok, lets talk fish oils again

1 I buy a new brand today and the pills are not protected from air ok... this is going to be funny to explain in english... you know, that kind of aluminium and plastic "pop up"? They are just in a "normal bottle". I have read somewhere that fish oils had to be protected from air and light. So should I buy the old brand witch was in that form???

2 How much do you pay? I pay around 15 for 60 pills 400/200 for epa/dha ratio. I think it is kind of expensive....

3  do you keep them in the refrigerator? because they dont do that in the store

oh and by the way, I have no problem now with swallowing : I just bite them
